Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The product must be in its original condition, with all original packaging and tags intact.
The product must not have been used, altered, or damaged in any way.
The return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact us via email at info@khwaloproductions.co.za to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.
Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the return packaging.
Ship the product back to us at the address provided, at your own expense.
Refund Policy
Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets the return eligibility conditions. If the product is eligible for a refund, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days.
The refund will be issued in the original form of payment.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the product is defective or was sent in error.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund, if necessary.
